This Privacy Policy explains how Sell Fast Home collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website or ask to be matched with a potential buyer for your home. SellFastHome is a matching service. We do not buy homes.

1.Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our form, we collect:

  • your full name, phone number and email address;
  • the address of the property;
  • your answers about whether you own the property, the property type and whether it is listed with a realtor or on the market;
  • your reason for selling and your timeline to sell, if you choose to share them; and
  • a record of your consent to be contacted, including the wording you agreed to and the date and time.

We also keep the information you share when you talk with us by phone, text message or email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the website or ad that brought you here, including campaign codes (such as UTM parameters) and ad click identifiers.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) and similar tools to understand how our website is used and to measure the results of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

  • review your request and confirm whether your property fits our service;
  • contact you by phone, text message or email about your property and your request;
  • match you with independent real estate investors who may be interested in your property;
  • keep records of your consent and of our communications with you;

  • prevent fraud, spam and misuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

3.How we share information

With matched buyers

When you submit a request and agree to be contacted, we share your name, contact details, property address and your answers with one or more independent real estate investors who may be interested in buying your property. These buyers may contact you directly by phone, text message or email. They are independent businesses, not part of SellFastHome, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.

With service providers

We share information with companies that help us run our service, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, and phone, text message and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.

With advertising and analytics partners

Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta, may receive information collected through cookies and pixels, such as the pages you visit and whether a request was completed. Our website does not send the details you type into our form to these partners.

For legal reasons and business changes

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, our business and others. If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.Your choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link where one is provided, or contact us.
  • Phone calls: tell us during a call, or contact us, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by any reasonable means, including by contacting us.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Buyers who have already received your information are independent businesses. If you no longer want to hear from a buyer, please also tell that buyer directly.

5.Your privacy rights

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have collected about you and access a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including sharing with buyers and for targeted advertising; and
  • appeal our decision about your request.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request by matching the information you give us with the information we hold. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6.How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your request, to keep records of your consent and our communications, and to meet our legal obligations. We then delete it or de-identify it. [Add your retention period, for example: request and consent records are kept for X years].
