1.About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the SellFastHome website and to any request you submit through it. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2.Our service
SellFastHome is a matching service. We connect owners of residential properties with independent real estate investors who may be interested in buying their property.
- We do not buy properties.
- We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a buyer, receive an offer, or complete a sale.
- Any offer, price, terms and closing timeline come from the buyer and are agreed between you and the buyer.
- Buyer availability varies by location and by property.
3.Who can use the service
To submit a request, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be the owner of the property you submit;
- submit a residential property located in the United States; and
- submit a property that is not currently listed with a realtor or otherwise on the market.
We may decline or remove any request that does not meet these requirements.
4.Your information
You agree to give accurate, current and complete information, and to submit only your own contact details. You are responsible for the information you submit. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
5.Consent to be contacted
